Verona/Vanderbilt NSF Collaborative
Over the course of the past three years, K-12 teachers in the Verona Area School District have been working collaboratively with researchers from Vanderbilt University and UW-Madison.
The goal of our project is to help children develop their understanding of ecology. Using developmental constructs, teachers plan curriculum that scaffolds learning in a variety of environments.
This websites serves as a reflection and learning tool. It is a site that is in constant development. Pages are modified, changed, and added on to as we do more studies with our students or replicate past studies.
Navigating the site is easy. Simply click on an environment of study and you will be lead to a table of contents listing choices by grade level.
